Effective evaluation and measurement of learning and development initiatives is critical to maximize the impact of training, identify skill gaps, and ensuring efforts are aligned to the organization's needs. Demonstrating the value of your L&D department to senior leaders is a challenge we all face.
Learning and development professionals need to be able to tell a convincing story to not only show results but to secure future funding and staffing. Unfortunately, this requires much more than producing a high ROI, which is, in itself, a challenge.
