Peer Mentoring registration for 2026 registration is open
Do you want to learn more about the field of talent development, elements of the career, and strategies for success?
Over and over, our members tell us that learning from each other is one of the most valuable parts of joining ND ATD. We have elevated that benefit through members-only peer mentoring groups. Regstration is open until September 4th, 2026.
What is a peer mentoring group?
A peer mentoring group meets regularly (approximately once/month) over a virtual platform. Discussion centers around a specific topical areas of talent development.
Who leads the discussion?
Discussion is informal. Knowledge and experiences are shared by all. Each group has a volunteer "conversation catalyst" who helps to coordinate and get the conversation started. If you are interested in becoming a conversation catalyst or would like more information on becoming a conversation catalyst in the future please let us know!
What are the topical groups?
The next round of groups will begin meeting September 2026 and will run through December 2026.
