Start Creating Inclusion Experiences Instead of More DEI Programming!
So you think a new DEI program is what you need? Think again with a 4-1 approach. Leverage issues, involvement, inclusion, and impact to promote your diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. This session will challenge you and open your mind to ways you can go beyond just planning a DEI program and create an inclusive experience.
