Following an exploration of this new competency framework for the profession and completion of the self-assessment in Part I, join your colleagues from the region to review the identified skill gaps of professions in the region. ATD’s Associate Director of Credentialing, Holly Batts Returns to review the aggregate self-assessment results of North Dakota Chapter members, as compared to others around the world.
1. Identify knowledge and skill gaps of talent development professionals in the region
2. Understand how those compare to gaps across all talent development professionals
3. Build a plan to close the largest gaps for professionals in the area

Holly Batts is associate director of credentialing at ATD, with more than 15 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Her background in developing and maintaining certification programs includes mid- to high-stakes assessments, extensive work with organizing SMEs, and a thorough understanding of the certification process. Holly has an MS in organizational leadership, as well as the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Association Executive (CAE) certifications.
