Professional Development Session: Words and Frames (Virtual)
At its core, most work is problem solving, either directly or with others. As we work to solve problems, the words we choose can increase how we help others engage in their work. Using different words can adjust our focus and also help us to guide others. Ultimately, using words and frames for a situation can lead to better, more creative solutions with greater buy-in and engagement. Join Leann Wolff, founder of Great Outcomes Consulting to explore how the words we use can be powerful problem-solving tools.
Once registered, watch your email for a link to the event to be sent to you on Monday, August 17.
After attending this session, join us for a new ND ATD Event, Networking and Nuggets, for a chance to discuss the topic presented in small groups. the Networking and Nuggets follow-up discussion will take place on Wednesday, August 26.
