Mary has over 20 years of experience in leadership and employee development, as well as consulting and sales experience. Mary has worked in the hospitality, healthcare, higher education, technology, finance and insurance industries. She is currently a Talent Development Partner at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Kevin, and their two children.
