Powerful Partnerships is based on the book from Gallup Press, "Power of 2: How to Make the Most of Your Partnerships at Work and in Life" by Rodd Wagner and Gale Muller, PH.D. This presentation will highlight the reasons to invest time in collaborative partnerships, discuss the eight elements critical to effective partnerships and highlight issues specific to managers and leaders. Whether you currently have a partner or are looking for ways to be more productive, this session will give you a road map to success.

About Noreen:

Noreen Keesey is the founder of Thresholds, LLC, a company that specializes in assessment based training and coaching to facilitate personal fulfillment and professional success. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota and is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator® Master Practitioner, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and holds certifications in several other training programs and methodologies. Noreen is a retired Veteran with over 27 years of military service. It was in the military that Noreen developed a passion for leadership and team development.
