Dave's signature presentation is a blend of humor, emotion and great practical steps to help people courageously overcome often self-imposed fears to become the best they can be in both their personal and professional lives. Through authenticity and transparency, Dave guides people and organizations in learning to embrace their fears and courageously move forward.

2. Recognize and deal with negative self-talk.

3. How fear can work for you.

4. How to move forward in spite of fear.  

About our Presenter:

Dave Cornell is a speaker, coach and trainer who helps individuals and organizational groups develop courage to get more out of life by quitting what they need to quit and starting what they need to start that leads to living more fulfilling and productive lives. 

David has over thirty years experience in sales, sales management, and training and development.

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of registration. Participant substitutions are permitted if participants are not able to attend. Email to Mary Schoenborn, VP of Programs for changes in registration (mary.schoenborn@tmihospitality.com). Full payment, less $15.00 will be refunded if you cancel before the registration deadline. No refunds will be given the day following the registration deadline or the event date, whichever happens first.
