About our Presenter:
Mary Beth has over 30 years of experience in the field of Training and Development. For 12 of those years, she worked for a national franchise organization with over 1200 locations; she lived and traveled all over the United States conducting management and technical training classes and advising franchisee and general managers on best practices for running profitable operations.
Three and a half of those years were spent as a national director of training & development, located at franchise corporate headquarters in San Francisco, CA. Mary Beth came back to North Dakota in 1996 after marrying her Minot High School sweetheart (21 year out of high school.)
For the past 16 years she has worked at NDSCS-Fargo as the Program Coordinator and Facilitator for TrainND SE, the workforce training division of College Outreach. She teaches classes in Supervisory/Management, Leadership, Customer Service, as well as several other topics.
She is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and the local affiliate FM-ATD.
Mary Beth lives in Fargo with her husband Arvid and their four dogs; Scotties Dexter and Graycee, and Mini Schnauzers Wyatt and Athena.
