Brian Brockhoff and Mark Thienes are a co-authors of Gapology (www.gapologyinstitute.com), authors of Gapology Inspirations and co-founders of Gapology Institute and Consulting. Gapology was written to be a comprehensive tool for leaders to apply in their daily lives in order to move their teams and themselves closer to their goals and expectations.

This training workshop is designed to take participants through the methods laid out in the book and help provide real-world strategies to help quickly identify and close the performance gaps that we all experience each day.

In addition to the customary education luncheon FMHRA provides, the speaker will be presenting from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Cost for the full-day seminar is
$99 for members of any of the three sponsoring groups or
$129 for non-members.

This conference is pending 6.50 HRCI/SHRM credits. 

Doors open at 8 AM with a light breakfast available and the conference starting at 8:30 AM.

Fargo Moorhead Association for Talent Development (FM-ATD), along with Fargo Moorhead HR Association (FMHRA) and Agassiz Valley HR Association (AVHRA) are pleased to bring Brian Brockhoff to the area in a collaborative effort among the three organizations.

FMHRA has been promoting and advancing the HR profession in the Fargo Moorhead area for 40 years, with monthly educational luncheons and seminars.

FM-ATD established in 1998, offering monthly meetings and networking events to promote talent development in the Red River Valley.

AVHRA was chartered in 2000 and has been the go-to resource for senior level HR professionals in the area ever since.
