Unconventional Workplace Learning
Ever wonder how people really build their professional practices? This session will explore the effective practices of unconventional and transformative learning processes in the workplace that promote accelerated knowledge and skill development, resulting in reciprocal learning that benefits work units and organizations.
As a result of this session, participants will be able to:
Linda serves as an Organization Development Director at the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI). Her area of expertise focuses on continuous professional development of leaders. Her experiences include community college leadership, talent development, organizational development, online learning start-ups, and corporate training. She holds a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Mary and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Dakota.
Linda currently serves on the FM-ATD Board and is affiliated with the Transformative Learning Center, NeuroLeadership Institute, BoardSource and MRA Management Association.
