Professional Development Session | The Power of Storytelling (Virtual)
A story tells us about an event or series of events, either real or fictional (made-up). Stories are told to interest, entertain, and teach us. Stories help us connect with others, communicate ideas, and imagine life's possibilities. Even the most basic stories have a beginning, middle, and end.
Storytelling makes content memorable and we all want our training to stick. Storytelling creates an emotional connection between learners and lessons. In this session, we will talk about why stories matter, tips on telling an effective story, and create a story matrix.
