USING PERSONALITY ASSESSMENTS FOR PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (Bismarck)

Personality Assessments. Many people have taken one…or several…but few utilize them to their full potential. They are sometimes seen as fun ice-breakers or entertaining team-building sessions. But like the onion that Shrek so wisely referenced, assessments have layers! For this session, I’ll leave it to you to go online and find out what animal you are, which “Friends” character best represents you, or which Harry Potter house you’d be sorted into, and we’ll talk about how assessments can get you better results. Whether you are facing challenges in communication, conflict management, decision making, or just understanding what on EARTH people could be thinking when they did THAT…assessments can help. Oh, and they’re also a lot of fun.

Presenter: Noreen Keesey, Thresholds, LLC

Noreen Keesey is the founder of Thresholds, LLC, a company that specializes in assessment-based training and coaching to facilitate personal fulfillment and professional success. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Dakota and is a graduate of CoachU. Noreen is a Myers Briggs Type Indicator Master Practitioner, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and holds certifications in several other training programs and methodologies. Noreen is a retired Veteran with over 27 years of military service. It was in the military that Noreen developed a passion for leadership and team development.

We are unable to issue refunds any later than that time and date. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. Substitution names received later than 24 hours prior to the event may not be listed on the registration list. No shows will be billed
