The flipped classroom or blended learning approach has been proven as the most effective strategy for learning with the highest ROI in both schools and corporations. What is this approach and how can it be done? This session will give an overview of this approach followed by an example of how Discovery Benefits recently implemented this approach across all of their new hire curriculum. You will leave with additional information as well as some ideas on how to integrate “flipping and blending” into your own training programs.
