Tanya Peluso graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2002 with an Information System degree, worked briefly for Cargill in Minnesota and began her career at NISC in November 2004.  Originally supporting and implementing the NISC iVUE Software products, she found a passion for the people and eventually realized her desire to work with upcoming talent for the organization and became a recruiter in 2012.  Now serving as the team lead in People Services, she accepts each day as an opportunity as a challenge!Tanya is also the mother of two daughters, ages five and seven.
