The Implications Wheel presented by Linae Bieber
Many organizations use tools for visioning, strategic planning and program prioritization. These can include brainstorming, nominal group process, gallery walks and much more. The Implications Wheel is an intuitive and easy to use method for evaluating the impact and "ripple effect" of a single course of action. Participants will put planning tools into action, with hands-on exercises for implementing the Implications Wheel in their place of work.
Lunch is available for purchase in the Mystic Café. Please feel free to bring with you to the Alumni Room, lower level of BSC's Student Union.
Guests are welcome!
Note: This is a program offered through the Bismarck Mandan Geographic Interest Group of the ND ATD Chapter. This event is held in Bismarck.
