Could you be a better communicator?
Have you been told you're too direct, or not direct enough?
Do you struggle to find the right words?
Do your meetings run long? Do people misunderstand you?
Are you an interruptor? Are you frequently interrupted?
Are you missing strong peer relationships?
Do your team members feel valued? Do your leaders know what you contribute to their bottom line?

It's overwhelming how many ways there are to improve our communication, isn't it?

Take a deep breath, choose one communication goal to work on, and come to the NDATD mini-conference on June 17.

By the end of an afternoon workshop with Intentional Communication Trainer Lila Smith, you'll be able to "Say Things Better"... and listen better, too.

Be sure you plan to stick around for a networking social hour immediately following the workshop and use your new skills right away!

    Mini-Conference Schedule:

    • Say Things Better workshop
    • Networking social hour (5-6pm)

    Facilitator: Lila Smith,
    Intentional Communication Trainer

Lila Smith used to think that being a professional actress would be the best way to use her love of storytelling to make a difference that mattered in the world. After spending 20 years training and 10 years professionally performing to great acclaim in NYC and around the US, she still felt there was more. More connection, more honesty, and more impact to be had- offstage, in real life.

That’s why Lila created Say Things Better, a 5-Step method of Intentional Communication based on the best tools she learned in theater. Combined with experience in corporate e-commerce leadership, she took inventory of a life that didn’t fit and re-scripted a new one.

She now travels around the world helping people embrace their most powerful voice and connect to their most important Communication Partners.

Lila’s highly interactive communication training workshops have earned her rave reviews from partners like Merck, Acuity Brands, the Dallas Mavericks, and the University of Miami. More importantly, her work has led to transformative discovery- over a thousand “aha! moments” achieved worldwide.

Are you certain that YOUR communication connects?
