Mentoring relationships are the single most powerful tool we have to develop talent and ourselves. However, mentoring can only create impact and drive results if five essential skills are used by mentors and mentees to optimize learning experiences. Do you know what those skills are? This mini-conference will dive into tools needed for mentoring success and show you how to use them. Join expert facilitator and mentoring pro Jenn Labin, Chief Talent & Diversity Officer at MentorcliQ and author of the book, Mentoring Programs that Work for an interactive afternoon.

Do any of these statements describe you? If yes, plan to attend!

  • You have a mentor (you are a mentee) and you want to get the most out of your mentoring relationship.
  • You would like to have a mentor and you want to get the most out of your mentoring relationship when you do.
  • You coordinate (or help to coordinate) a mentoring program.
  • You help to equip and/or develop others as mentors.
  • You lead others in a coaching or mentoring capacity.
  • You want to get a mentoring program started.

What to expect:

  • Interactive and engaging workshop focused on critical tools to maximize any mentoring experience (approx 3 hours).
  • Panel mentors and mentees talking about using the tools in their own mentoring experiences facilitated by the event speaker (approx 45 minutes).
