Succession Planning 101, presented by Arnie Strebe

Learn the basics of building a succession plan from someone who has built succession plans for four different companies in four different industries.  Arnie Strebe, CHRO and author, will talk about the need for succession planning, what it is and isn’t, and what the process looks like. Also, Strebe will share succession planning tools he uses, such as the 9-Box, as well as how to measure, monitor and communicate the process. Leave with dos and don’ts of succession planning and ways to ensure that your efforts minimize the disruption to your business.
