Learner-Generated Training Videos:  Making it Happen - Amy Jokinen

The Training & Development team at Eide Bailly has been making training videos for years.  This past year, they decided to have the learners make their own training videos.  The results were entertaining, insightful, and educational. In this session, Amy will explain how they did it and share best practices they discovered along the way, as well as important insights they learned about what not to do.

 Learning objectives

  • Discuss benefits and challenges of learner-created videos
  • Review basic materials needed in a range of budgets
  • Identify important guidelines in administering video projects
  • Determine what to do with the videos once they are created
